Admission Process
Admission for every academic year to Degree College will start immediately after the declaration of results of HSC by the board of Higher Secondary Education, Maharashtra. However, the admission forms will be available at the college office before the declaration of the results. The admission will be strictly based on the merit of the result of the Board / University / Entrance Test, whichever is applicable. Students are advised to see the College Notice Board in this regard. Please refer the respective section of the Prospectus to check eligibility for a particular Degree or Course.
- The application forms will be available for seeking admission to a course in Degree courses shall submit his/her application in the prescribed form to the Administration office of the College.
- Mark list of S.S.C. / H.S.C. Examination in original with three attested photocopies.
- School / Junior College leaving certificate ( Original with two attested photocopies).
- A passport size recent photograph of the applicant affixed to the prescribed application form.
- Eligibility certificate issued by the Board or University of Mumbai (Applicable for students from other Board or University).
- An undertaking to fulfill certain conditions with regard to discipline, attendance / project work /tutorials etc.
- All Reserved / Non-General Category students (e.g. SC/ST/DT/NT/OBC/EBC etc.) should produce necessary certificates / proof while seeking admission in any Reserved category.
- Notice regarding admission will be displayed on the Notice Board. Students & Parents are requested to go through it and submit their applications accordingly. The name of the selected applicants shall be notified on the Notice Board. They should pay necessary fees in full immediately, failing which their claim for the admission will not be considered. Students are requested to read the notices carefully. In view of the Board / University restriction on additional division and number of students to be admitted in the college the revised procedure as per order will be followed.
- All admissions are valid only for one academic year and need to be renewed by Application in the prescribed form for every subsequent year of study in the College.
Rules and Regulations
Rules as per University Guidelines, Circular No. UG/412 of 2008.- The candidates who have taken admission in under graduate courses in unaided courses conducted by affiliated colleges and recognized Institutions may request for refund of fees after applying in writing for cancellation of their admission to the course.
- The refund of fees as applicable shall be made on or before 30th day after the date of cancellation and thereafter the percentage of fee for the course shall be refunded to the candidate after deducting charges as follows:

- All the fee items chargeable for one year are as per relevant University circulars for different faculties (excluding the courses for which the total amount is fixed by other competent authorities).
- The fee charged towards group insurance and fee components to be paid as University share (including Vice-Chancellor fund, University fee for sports and cultural activities, E-charge, disaster management fund, exam fee and Enrollment fee) are non-refundable if payment is made by the college prior to the date of cancellation.
- Fee collected for Identity card and Library card, admission form and prospectus, enrollment and any other course specific fee is not refundable after the commencement of the academic term.
- All refundable deposits (Laboratory, Caution Money and Library, etc.) shall be fully returned at the time of cancellation.
Provided further that this refund rule is concurrent with the rules and guidelines of other professional statutory bodies appointed for admission for relevant courses.
General Information
UG CoursesFor admission toF. Y. B. A., F. Y. B. Com and F. Y. B. Sc. the student should have passed Standard XII Examination conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary education, Mumbai or an examination recognized as equivalent with subjects as may be specified by the University in Arts, Science and Commerce. For admission to BMS Degree course the candidate should have passed Standard XII Examination conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary education or its equivalent at one and the same sitting or Diploma in any Engineering branch conducted by Board of Technical Education, Maharashtra state with 2/3 years duration after S.S.C Examination or any examination recognized as equivalent and should have secured not less than 45% marks in case of students belonging to Open Category and not less than 40% marks in case of students belonging to Reserved Category(in one attempt). For admission to B.Com(Accounting & Finance) Degree course the candidate should have passed Standard XII Examination conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary education or its equivalent and should have secured not less than 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of Reserved Category) at one and same sitting.
PG Courses
Admission toM.A.(Marathi, History), M.Com., will be on the basis of merit as per the University norms. the candidate should have passed Bachelor exam from any University recognized by UGC.
